At Fashion Bay Kenya, we maintain a no-return policy. Purchases cannot be refunded or returned once sold.

We do, however, allow exchanges only in case of a size issue, under the following conditions:

  The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• ✓
  Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• ✓
  Receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
• ✓
  Exchange is strictly subject to availability of the required size.
